Completed in 2025, this full scale redevelopment in Beckenham showcases the complete design and build capability of our team. From securing planning approval in 2023 to delivering the finished home 2 years later, we managed every stage of the process. architectural and interior design & planning, and construction. The project involved substantial structural works, including a large rear extension, a double storey side extension, and a comprehensive interior refurbishment, all executed with meticulous attention to detail. Externally, the scheme was completed with a newly landscaped garden and a bespoke driveway, achieving a cohesive and contemporary finish across the entire property.

Inside, the home embraces a Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic, characterised by natural timber textures, muted tones, and accent green details that create warmth and visual rhythm throughout the space. Carefully considered joinery, understated lighting, and high quality materials come together to form interiors that feel both refined and functional.
