This design and build project involved the full refurbishment of a two-room flat in Greenwich, tailored to suit the lifestyle and aesthetic preferences of a young female homeowner. Our client envisioned a home that reflects both simplicity and warmth, which led us to adopt a Scandinavian-inspired design scheme, subtly enhanced with navy accents and the use of natural materials throughout.
While the materials selected were within a modest budget range, thoughtful design solutions and cohesive styling allowed us to deliver a final result that feels both cosy and refined. A key focus was placed on maximising functionality, particularly within the compact kitchen area. By reconfiguring the layout and incorporating smart storage solutions, we significantly increased usable space without compromising on visual appeal.
