This project focused on making better use of the existing ground floor, converting the garage into additional living space with a new utility/WC area, alongside renovation of the kitchen and surrounding areas.
A well-planned garage conversion can be one of the most cost-effective ways to gain valuable living space without extending the footprint of the property. Here, the new layout makes previously underused space part of the everyday home, while the updated kitchen and finishes create a brighter, more practical and cohesive ground floor.
